The Arf-Arf Board of Directors are proud to announce that the Freeway Dog Run has won the CURBED "2011 Outdoors Week" best of the city contest. The win was based on votes sent to a poll run by CURBED. As you can see, our run took the day with 36.5% of the total vote. So thank you for letting everyone else know what we already did, that the Freeway Dog Run is awesome. First prise is $500 dollars in doggie supplies which we'll use in our fall auction. You won't want to miss it!
While you might want to save a dollar or two, holding off on that dog license and rabies vaccination may be something you want to do sooner than later. Recently, Arf-Arf Rockaway dog owners have been stopped--by police--and had their dogs examined for current licenses. At a time when a revenue hungry city government is anxious to raise money via fines due to violations, we recommend that you get your license and rabies vaccination ASAP! Good news is that the application for the city license is trouble free via computer.
